Sorry for being Neglegent. Here's to fall!

The past couple weeks have been extremely busy and I'm afraid my blog has slipped away from me.  Now to get back in the swing of things... Fall is one of my favorite seasons.  I love the changing of the leaves, wearing sweaters, Halloween, and having a fall birthday (which I will post about later).  Football is an icon fall past-time that I am less fond of.  I'll watch it if its on, but I'm not much of professional sports fan.  That being said, I really enjoy the NFL's current commercial.

The snap shots of different football fans are really well done.  It almost makes want to voluntarily watch a game.  This advertisement not only promotes the fun of going to a live game, but it encourages watching games as a social activity that everyone can bet behind.

The key part of this add that caught my attention is the song: "Home" by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zero's.  After watching this commercial I immediately googled whatever lyrics I could remember so I could find this song.  I've listened to it a dozen times since.  It's so catchy and though it's quirky, folk-ish sound seems like an unusual choice for a football commercial, it works great in this campaign.

I hope everyone enjoys the rest of fall before it ends!
